Congratulations and welcome to ProcureSafe's user friendly, online "Network of Buyers and Suppliers."

If you have an interest in doing business with a buyer, this is where you can register to become a supplier. We have launched this new cloud based system in order to serve the supplier community in their efforts to increase their sales opportunities by connecting them to our massive Network of Buyers.

Your registration into the database will allow your company to be reviewed and considered for future business opportunities. And the uniqueness of the system will allow you to be viewed by other companies and buyers that are also using ProcureSafe. This should increase opportunities for you to receive quote requests for your products and services. Business opportunities are typically awarded through a rigorous fact-based, data-driven competitive process with supplier decisions made ultimately on the best overall  value the supplier offers to a buyer.

ProcureSafe is committed to promote a competitive and level playing field  for suppliers to compete for our business opportunities. Most buyers will seek suppliers that offer the best overall value; price is certainly important but is only one component of the selection process. Many other factors considered would typically include, but are not limited to: the management strength of the supplier's company; ability to control overhead costs; emphasis on providing quality products and superior services; support services; technical depth and abilities.

After you register at this site, please keep in mind that the opportunities awarded for prospective suppliers are not guaranteed. However, your registration will promote the opportunity for you and your company to compete for our business opportunities at a buyer's point-of-purchase. Once you have completed the registration process, your profile will then be kept on file and available to buyers for reference purposes and for quoting of future business opportunities. Please note that many times suppliers may need to participate in bid invitations to win potential business.

Registration Details

We ask that you complete the electronic registration in its entirety. The process should take you less than a few minutes. Once you start this process, remember to fully complete all required information and submit your data entered or you will lose all of the information and have entered and have to restart.

The submission of this registration may not result in any immediate opportunity. Buyers will typically review your profile and determine whether there is a potential need for the product or service that your company offers. If a buyer finds that there is a need, the information you submitted is typically kept on file in the buyer's portal for future reference and consideration for future Requests for Proposals and Quotes.

For security purposes, by submitting this registration you are consenting to sharing the information you provide with ProcureSafe's community of buyers. Your information is stored for the sole purpose of responding to your registration, and to be used for contacting you and/or your company by mail, telephone, email and/or mobile text. The company information you enter will be held in the confidence and will only be shared with the ProcureSafe Network of Buyers and Suppliers.

HOW TO REGISTER TO BECOME A SUPPLIER

Supplier registration is an easy process and is intended for use by suppliers seeking to do business with ProcureSafe buyers. Please note that registration into the ProcureSafe database does not imply a contract, or an intent to purchase from you or any other registered supplier.

Special Notes:

• Prospective suppliers complete online registration form along with qualification questions. YOU must complete all required fields to be considered for future opportunities
• Prospective Suppliers Data is made available to buyers. Please note: registered suppliers may be contacted for additional information.
• In certain circumstances, registered suppliers may receive emails and/or other correspondences that are generated by the ProcureSafe System in response to information that a supplier may have entered into the supplier portal.
• The ProcureSafe Supplier Management System will send an annual reminder to Registered Suppliers requesting an update to their profile information. If company profile information is not updated, supplier profile will expire and may be purged from the ProcureSafe database.
